Devices#
The robot is equipped with several networking components to support communication, control, and multimedia functionality. The system includes:
A router with two WiFi interfaces and five Gigabit Ethernet ports
A Control Computer responsible for robot operations
A Multimedia Computer handling cameras, audio, and related tasks
Tip
It is recommended to add control and multimedia PC IP addresses to /etc/hosts file in the development pc that is connected to the robot over WiFi in order to get ROS traffic and access the 2 computers with their hostname.
